If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or expired item, you can request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery. To process your refund or replacement, you will need to share the video of the item at the time of unboxing and its defects through Your Orders. We will initiate the refund/replacement process after verifying the details provided by you.

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or expired item, you can request a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery. Tshirt is returnable if the size is too small or too large, or if you have any other reason to return the product. You can return the product within 10 days of delivery. You can exchange the product with a different size or colour or opt for a full refund. To initiate the return process, please raise a return request through Your Orders. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.

Please note that the returned product should be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.

1:- Refund will only be processed once we get the item in original condition, with outer box or case, accessories, warranty cards for a successful return pick-up.

2:-Refund will only be processed to the original payment method used at the time of order.

3:- Refunds will be processed once the return package is received at our warehouse. If you get any delay, you can reach out to us.

4:- Make sure to add the correct bank account details in your account for refunds to be successfully processed for COD orders.

5:- If there is any delay in refund, please do not worry, your card provider may take additional time to update the statement. Further you can check your latest bank account statement to confirm the refund. If the issue still persist, then please reach out to us.
